Jewelry Care

Sterling Silver (925 & 950)

Store your silver pieces in a cool, dry place — a jewelry box or soft pouch works well. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Remove before swimming or showering. With occasional polishing, silver develops a beautiful patina over time.

18k Gold Vermeil

Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a thick layer of 18k gold. To preserve the gold layer, avoid excessive polishing and keep pieces away from water, perfumes, and abrasive surfaces. Store separately to prevent scratching. With proper care, your vermeil pieces will stay radiant for years.

18k Solid Gold

Solid gold is the most durable metal we work with — it doesn't tarnish and holds its color permanently. Clean occasionally with warm water and a small drop of mild soap, then rinse and pat dry. Avoid chlorine and harsh chemicals. Store separately to prevent surface scratches.

Gemstones & Natural Stones

Most of the stones we use — aquamarine, garnet, tourmaline, quartz, emerald, sapphire, moissanite — are durable enough for everyday wear. Clean gently with a soft damp cloth and avoid ultrasonic cleaners, which can damage settings or stones with natural inclusions.

Some stones require extra care. Opal is sensitive to sudden temperature changes and prolonged exposure to water — remove before washing hands or showering. Labradorite and apatite are softer and more prone to scratching — store them separately and handle with care. Pearl should never come into contact with perfumes, acids, or harsh cleaners — wipe gently with a dry cloth after wearing.
