Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio in Madrid, Spain via Correos, Spain's national postal service. Tracking is provided for all orders after dispatch.

One of a Kind

In-stock pieces dispatch the next working day, except Fridays. Orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Made to Order

Made-to-order pieces require approximately 10–15 working days to make before dispatch. If you need a piece by a specific date, write to us at camiladdaneri@gmail.com before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Engagement & Bands

Pieces from the Engagement & Bands collection are made with extra care and require 20–25 working days before dispatch.

Custom Pieces

Production time for custom pieces varies depending on the design and materials involved. We'll confirm the timeline with you before starting production.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders over €300 qualify for free shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
