Returns & Exchanges

Each piece leaves the studio inspected and packed with care. If something arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it at camiladdaneri@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will find a solution.

12-Month Warranty

All pieces are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This covers structural faults that occur under normal use — not damage from wear, chemicals, accidents, or alterations made by a third party.

If you believe your piece has a defect, contact us at camiladdaneri@gmail.com with your order number and photos and we will assess it from there.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Because each made-to-order piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This applies to all rings, made-to-order jewelry, and custom pieces.

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we are unable to make changes.

One of a Kind Pieces

One of a Kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Ring Sizing

We recommend using our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure of your size, please reach out before placing your order — we're happy to help. In the case of a sizing error on our part, we will resize the piece at no additional cost.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are based in the European Union, please note that made-to-order and custom pieces are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), as they are produced specifically to your specifications. One of a Kind (ready-to-ship) pieces purchased online are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
