Each piece is made with care and inspected before it leaves the studio. If something arrives damaged or there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at camiladdaneri@gmail.com with a photo and we will find a solution.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Because made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the piece.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

If you are unsatisfied with a ready-to-ship piece, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Ring Sizing

If your ring doesn't fit, write to us and we'll do our best to help. For made-to-order rings, we recommend using our size guide carefully before ordering. When in doubt, write to us first — we're happy to guide you.
